Listen to Dr. Andrew Huberman's podcast about alcohol. Turns out everyone's favorite drug of choice is incredibly dangerous. Even low-to-moderate alcohol consumption negatively impacts the brain and body in direct ways. I gave up booze in February and have found that it makes a world of difference in my work and mental health.
