Order Processing & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, we’re unable to edit or cancel it—this helps us ensure quick and efficient shipping. We recommend double-checking your order before submitting it to avoid any issues.

Orders placed before 11 AM CST on a business day will be processed the same day, while orders placed after 11 AM CST will be processed the next business day.

For pre-orders or backordered items, we allow cancellations within 5 business days. If you need to make changes after that window, reach out to our team—we’re happy to help! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can offer store credit.

Subscription Orders

We totally get that managing subscriptions can be tricky sometimes! While we’re happy to assist you with any subscription-related questions, it’s the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including pausing or canceling before renewal.

  • If your subscription renews and ships before you make changes, we are unable to cancel, refund, or accept returns on those orders.
  • We do not provide return postage or refunds for subscription orders that were shipped due to an uncanceled subscription.

Shipping & Returns

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to receive, there will be a $5 reshipping fee to cover additional shipping costs.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We’ll gladly provide all necessary order and tracking details to help with your claim!

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy (First-Time Orders Only)

We put our heart into creating high-quality products designed to help you perform better and recover faster. If you’re trying our products for the first time and aren’t fully satisfied, we’ve got you covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

That said, we encourage you to give our products a fair shot! It usually takes 2-3 weeks of consistent use to fully experience the benefits. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds before 3 weeks from the delivery date. If you’ve given it a solid try and still feel it’s not for you, just email us at vrb@flufflefulfill.com to start the return process.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • This refund policy applies to first-time orders only.
  • Subscription renewals, repeat orders, and subsequent purchases do not qualify for a refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 days.
